Hispania, ambitious Spanish gastronomic project in London with Michelin-starred chef Marcos Morán as executive chef, is hiring! We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with good knowledge of Spanish cuisine and proved experience. The working hours are Wednesday to Sunday.

Looking for an experienced head waiter/waitress to work in our restaurant in Queen’s Park. Must be used to working in a face paced restaurant.
