Job Description: Our growing real estate firm is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales and Rentals Real Estate Agent to join our team. As an agent, you will be responsible for listing and selling residential and commercial real estate, negotiating purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers, hosting open houses and other events, preparing market analysis to help determine property value, educating clients on basic real estate procedures, and verifying and disclosing property facts to clients.
