We are an early-stage real estate startup and are looking for aspiring marketers/entrepreneurs to be our ambassadors in their college community, introducing our company to students who may benefit from our service. We provide live Zoom apartment tours for out-of-town apartment hunters, such as international students moving to NYC for school. Therefore, we will need your help getting in touch with the international student communities at your school. This is a very hands-on position where students will be leading our marketing campaigns on their campuses. You will be directly working with our CEO and she will be more than happy to be a reference contact for any future employment for the students.

Position Summary: The Summer Group Leader is responsible for working closely with groups of elementary or middle school students, helping them to achieve their best in both academic and non-academic settings. Summer Group Leaders develop, implement, and participate in a range of activities geared towards making the students excited about being in an academically and culturally enriching environment. Summer Group Leaders will help young people to develop strategies for meeting their goals and improving their academic skills. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide supervision and ensure the safety of program participants at all times, including during trips. Engage students in a wide range of project-based learning activities. Maintain accurate participant attendance, activity and sign-out records. Develop lesson plans and curriculum in accordance with program schedule, programmatic themes, objectives, and outcomes. Document student progress. Establish a comfortable learning environment and implement clear, consistent age-appropriate expectations and rules. Model appropriate child development practices. Uphold program policies and procedures and ensure proper use of supplies and materials. Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization. Maintain ongoing open communication with the teachers. Attend staff meetings, professional development workshops and program events. Communicate with all staff, parents, children and community members in a polite and respectful manner so as to represent the program in a professional way. Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director Qualifications: The candidate must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED. Qualifications: At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; or a 4-year college degree; or a 2-year college degree and 1 or more years of related experience. Supervisory experience required. Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing. Long hours sometimes required. This is a low/no pressure sale with quick closes. You will be working from either our corporate office, or your home office (your choice). We are a proven, 30+ year old business and are looking for those with the mindset that with change comes opportunity. We are offering both full-time and part-time positions and we are willing to work with any other jobs you might already have. Working full-time, you can expect to make $50,000-$75,000 per year depending on drive, experience and persistence.
