What’s the job? As Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising the team, ensuring the service is on point and solving any issue reported by the team. You'll report to the Food and Beverage Manager. La responsabilidad principal del Front Office Manager será organizar, dirigir y controlar el área de recepción, incluyendo la oferta de habitaciones, teniendo en cuenta las reservas, entradas, salidas, facturación y situaciones especiales (cambios, overbooking, no shows, etc.) y optimizando los recursos materiales y humanos de los que dispone con el objetivo de ofrecer mejor calidad de servicio al cliente, más satisfacción a los trabajadores y la máxima ocupación y producción del hotel.
