Our client, a small but highly regarded law firm that has seen steady growth over the past few years has asked us personally to find them a further experienced Family Solicitor. This role is on voluntary bases for those looking to gain experience in Family Law. You will need a background in all areas of family and childcare law, preferably gained from a reputable regional practice. He/she will be expected to assist on complex matters whilst managing your own caseload of divorce and separation matters, children disputes, pre & post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, financial claims and domestic violence cases. You will also be working alongside experienced lawyers and undertaking duties with them on the cases. Candidate Requirements • LLB Law Degree / LPC / BPTC • 1-3 years relevant PQE • Thorough knowledge of legal documents. • Excellent client servicing • Self-confidence and Resilience. They are looking for someone full time or can offer a 4 day per week basis with flexible with hours. Responsibilities: Handle a caseload of spouse visa, visa extensions, nationality applications and other private immigration matters, Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide sound legal advice to clients. Prepare clients and documents for court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediations. Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Maintain accurate and detailed records of case progress and communications with clients. Requirements: Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in private immigration. You must have the ability to undertake work in immigration from taking instructions to completing application. We do not expect you to have working knowledge of appeal work. Strong knowledge of immigration procedure rules and relevant laws. Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills. Proven track record of successfully handling a variety of cases. Exceptional communication and advocacy skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. In house Legal Advisor - Job Types: Full-time, Permanent We are looking for a proactive and positive Commercial Lawyer to help advise on a wide range of legal matters associated with our global activities. This is a broad and exciting role with exposure to many different jurisdictions. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in a wide variety of legal disciplines including mergers and acquisitions, company law, contract reviews, construction law advice, software, technology, intellectual property, disputes, claims and insurance.
