What you’ll do… Check all financial transactions related to revenue and income daily. Make sure revenue records and all transactions are accurate, properly documented and recorded, as per company standards. Validate and process commission requests, including reservation details, rates, and stay dates, using the hotel’s systems. Liaise with travel agencies and agents to address inquiries, resolve disputes, and assist with commission matters. Collaborate with other teams to gather relevant financial information. Duties will include; Transactional entries into Xero Process and monitor all purchase invoices and expense claims Reconcile supplier accounts and raise queries Assist with preparation of payment runs – cheque and online payments Bank payments/reconciliations Supplier invoices entry and consolidation Maintain the petty cash and ensure accurate recording of all petty cash expenditure Credit card/debit payments entry Issue / monitor sales invoices and credit control Use of Xero essential.
