We are seeking a skilled and experienced CDP. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking Italian cuisine meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. If you have a passion for culinary arts and enjoy working in a restaurant setting, we would love to hear from you.
Working 45/48 hours x week (5 day / 2 days off during the week)

```Responsibilities:```
Run a specific section in the kitchen.
Plan and execute menus in collaboration with other colleagues.
Ensure adequacy of supplies always.
Place orders promptly.
Manage ingredients that should be available on a daily basis.
Follow the directions of the executive.

```Skills:```
Strong knowledge of food safety practices
Experience working in a kitchen or restaurant environment
Culinary skills and ability to follow recipes accurately
Proficient in food preparation techniques
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Team player with good communication skills
