In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to travelers, assisting with inquiries, reservations, and travel-related issues. About the role We are now seeking a new Client Success Associate to join the business and help us achieve even greater progress in 2024 and beyond. The Client Success team, together with the Growth team, is the wider customer-facing team at Movemeon. As a Client Success Associate/Junior Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients and candidates throughout the recruitment processes, and you will work with them to make sure they are getting the most out of the Movemeon platform. You will use strong commercial acumen and a good understanding of what makes an excellent client deliverable to drive success in each process you manage. The activities you’ll be responsible for will include: Being a point of contact for our clients, building strong client relationships, and ensuring an excellent client and candidate experience; Undertaking a set list of activities via our platform to maximize our candidate search process Supporting clients in screening profiles and advising on what potential levers to pull to ensure the right quality of candidate is found What we’re looking for A natural organizer with strong attention to detail; Someone who likes structure/ routine task execution and who can work fairly independently A genuine interest in the recruitment/ tech space and ideally prior professional work experience Someone who is self-motivated and able to work autonomously; Effective prioritization based on impact A highly effective communicator at all levels (within the team and with senior clients alike); Fluent English and German language skills (written communication and spoken) What we offer £25,000-27,500 basic annual salary (depending on experience) Quarterly bonuses 5% pension 27 days of holiday and your birthday off. The Worker duties includes: · Focus on customer satisfaction which includes addressing customer "pain points," adjusting policies and procedures, ensuring agents are well trained, measuring customer satisfaction and responding to customer feedback · Develops and implements policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer requirements and complaints; · co-ordinates and controls the work of those within shop; · discusses customer responses with other colleagues with a view to improving the product or service provided; · plans and co-ordinates the operations of help and advisory services to provide support for customers and users; Develop goals and report progress to the owners; Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth; Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution; Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused towards that mission; Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions; Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment; Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement; Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets; Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities; Handle customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a customer being taken ill; Issue refunds or compensation to customers; keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers Analyse statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organisation is providing; Produce written information for customers, often involving the use of computer packages and software; Write reports and analyse the customer service that organisation provides; Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use; Make sure that the needs of customers are being met or exceeded; Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
