Our private dining space is available to hire for any occasion from breakfast and lunch through to dinner and evening receptions. This stunning art deco room accommodates up to 22 guests at a single long table, 24 guests at four round tables, or 30 guests for standing receptions. We are looking for a talented and charismatic Waiter / Waitress to join the team at Brasserie of Light. When The Pegasus Room isn't reserved for private events, it serves as an extension of our main dining area. In such cases, you would be integrated into our Front of House team, managing a section within our restaurant alongside our waiters and waitresses. Flexibility is key in this role, as there are times when last-minute events may be booked, affecting work schedules. We are ideally looking for candidates who: - Have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a high-quality and busy destination restaurant or private members’ club - Are passionate about delivering the highest levels of service - Are charismatic and confident in engaging in conversation with members and their guests - Are excellent team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude - Are immaculately presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of both members and colleagues - Possess a good command of the English language - Have good product knowledge across food and drinks The days and/or times you work are flexible. We may require you to work on any day between Monday and Sunday each week. We are looking for a waiter/waitress that is wanting part or full time work and who is committed to the job at hand. Part time for us is 3-4shifts/15-20 hours, but we can be quite flexible! Full time is 7 shifts split over 5 days (35-40 hours). Salary is £16 per hour split between service charge and base salary.
