Looking for an events manager part time or full time who can help organise and promote events across our two sites. Events such as music nights, weddings, wine tasting, comedy and birthdays. Recent graduates considered. Fun and flexible work place.

We are an up and coming Brunch Spot in Clapham Old town. We are looking for chef de to work full time or partime, and we are busiest Satudays and Sundays. We have a brunch menu in place, but open to changes, and also looking to launch an evening small plates menu soon. Looking for a hardworking team player, to join our fun and friendly team!

As a Bartender at Coal Office Restaurant you would have: - Knowledge of Cocktail making and Classic cocktails; - General knowledge of Wines; - Creativity in creation of new Cocktails; - Coffee making knowledge is preferable; - Genuine passion for the hospitality industry; - Serene attitude and flexibility; - Willingness to learn, genuine curiosity for a new culture and love for food; - Natural ability to provide efficient, friendly, and professional service at all times; - Readiness to work with team spirit and commitment in a fast-paced restaurant.

Experience as a Bartender is valued, but certainly not essential, as we pride ourselves on superior training standards. Within our operations team you'll find people started who with no bar experience, but through the power of personality - and the right guidance from us - have risen up the ranks. As a Bartender you will be responsible for: The day to day running of the bar Previous quality experience as a Bartender in a busy setting A passion for fantastic food and drinks Cocktail creations & menu costings Planning, organising and coming up with creative working ideas Identifying problems and reacting to resolve the issues Positive and proactive attitude Loves being part of a team A love for "wow-ing" the guest and going the extra mile We know hospitality can be hard work, but it's very rewarding! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Your day to day responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Taking drinks orders from clients. - Being able to articulate detail about the product on offer in a knowledgeable way to the client. - Ensuring that the bar remains clean and clear at all times. - Making sure that the bar remains in stock and anything which is needed is requested well in advance. - Working with Kitchen Porters to always achieve efficiency in cleanliness and availability of glassware. - Be flexible to the requirements of the clients. - Ensuring that sanitation standards are achieved. - Accountable to follow all company policy and procedure. - Handling alcohol and tobacco products will be necessary. Whilst this remains your primary job role, from time to time you may also need to support other operations within the business including but not limited to the roles of Host, Barista, Kitchen Porter or Waiter. There is a requirement from all employees to offer a flexible availability including the necessity to work night shifts. Multi-lingual candidates preferred but not essential.
