We now have outlets across London and a Gelato Lab in order to share our amazing products with a wider customer base. This is a temporary role until October 2024. What you will be doing: During the peak summer periods, we produce around 1100 trays of gelato and 4400 litres pasteurized a week. You will be working within a team and be responsible for the production of all Gelato.
