About the Role:
We are on the lookout for someone with proven expertise in personal lines insurance products. If you possess this, you might be the perfect fit for our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling daily customer queries and correspondence, including new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewals, and ensuring follow-up where necessary.
  • Driving the development and expansion of personal lines products within our existing customer base.
  • Engaging with new, existing, and previous clients to explore potential commercial opportunities.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Obtaining quotations using rating guides or liaising with insurers.

The Package:
  • Salary: £25,000-£31,000 dependent on experience, plus commission.
  • Enjoy a signing bonus equivalent to 3 weeks' salary!
    Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance Account Handling.
  • Profound understanding of Personal Lines insurance products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ambitious with a meticulous attention to detail.

Additional Details:
  • Location: Stockton-on-Tees.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
