Handling daily customer queries and correspondence, including new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewals, and ensuring follow-up where necessary.
Driving the development and expansion of personal lines products within our existing customer base.
Engaging with new, existing, and previous clients to explore potential commercial opportunities.
Delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
Obtaining quotations using rating guides or liaising with insurers.
The Package:
Salary: £25,000-£31,000 dependent on experience, plus commission.
Enjoy a signing bonus equivalent to 3 weeks' salary! Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance Account Handling.
Profound understanding of Personal Lines insurance products.
Excellent communication skills.
Ambitious with a meticulous attention to detail.
