A site in the capital’s iconic market has been thoughtfully restored with natural and repurposed materials that echo the raw and wild landscapes of Greece. The ideal candidate will have a natural warmth for people and feed off the adrenalin of a busy service. While experience in a similar environment is preferred, there is always opportunity for those who represent true hospitality.
