We have a General Manager position available in our original Dalston restaurant. This restaurant is a 30 covers local spot that has many regulars, as well as a big delivery side of the business. There is also a 24 seater secret bar in the basement for either extra diners or available for private hire. This role requires someone with previous restaurant management experience. We pay fortnightly, you’ll never work your birthday, your friends and family get 50% off and there’s opportunities to develop your skills in all areas of the restaurant business that interest you. Our General Managers operate in a manner where they are running their own restaurant. They have full ownership and visibility of all aspects of the business. You will report directly into both our founder and our Operations Manager who will mentor and provide you with the support to flourish & succeed. This includes 1 ‘admin’ shift on a Monday to do all your stocks, ordering, paperwork and rotas etc so you are fully set for your week ahead and can focus 100% on your team and our guests. You will also be provided with private medical insurance.
