CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Specific duties include but are not limited to: · Answering multi-line phone system, obtaining accurate identification of callers before transferring calls, and taking detailed phone messages. · Greeting clients and visitors. · Word processing. · General administrative duties, including complex clerical and administrative work, data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, correspondence, compiling of legal documents and exhibits and Bates-stamping. · Processing incoming and outgoing mail. · Maintaining inventory of office supplies. · Online research and special projects. · Working with attorneys to assist in finalizing court filings, including using court electronic filing systems. · Assisting in marketing tasks. · Coordinating meetings. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Collaborative and adaptive mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe. Comfortable working in an in-person environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities/projects, and meet deadlines.
