General Manager/Manageress

We are looking for a Host or Hostess to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests in our new restaurant Cyrano. Host/Hostess responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining areas. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. Ultimately, you’ll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests. Dear Manager, We would like to introduce to you our wonderful working spot, Luuma Beach Marbella. Front line beach restaurant with 50 sun-beds and 200 seats in the restaurant. Open all year round, 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. In summer months we also serve breakfast. Making guests feel at home, with quality of food combined by service with a smile. Front on House has around 20-35 persons depending on the time of the year. We truly believe if we take well care of the team, the team can take great care of our guests With one of our 3 current managers taking a leave, an exciting opportunity has opened up for you. Weekly scheduling for 20-35 persons Training / Coaching of new and current staff Taking initiative to improve work proces and client experience Upholding safe and healthy work environment In charge of daily till operations Responsible for reception (service level, booking efficiency) You report directly to the General Manager and business owners.
