Reporting to the Director of Property Management at IBIZA EVOLUTION SERVICES (IES), your main function will be to manage and develop your portfolio of properties on the island of Ibiza. Job Description What you’ll do Support the PBX team to consistent with hotel policies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a seamless and expedited experience. Assists Front Desk and Accounting department in locating and verifying phone charges for guests. Keeps updated contact information on employees in other departments. Refer guests’ complaints to appropriate departments. Knows the responsibilities of other departments to be able to determine the appropriate department to forward all calls. Provide information and demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and services. Accept and deliver all messages promptly and accurately. Provide a personal service to all the guests, fully aware and following the hotel standards and procedures. Ensure that the privacy of the guests and the confidentiality of the information is respected. Provides direction and support for the PBX team ensuring all reports are accurate and standards are met. Ensures all guest concerns are addressed promptly, exceeding the guest’s expectations, conducting follow up, and properly documenting concerns to ensure proactive and long-term solutions. Este mercado gastronómico contará con una selección de 14 chefs, un restaurante de servicio completo y cuatro bares, incluyendo dos al aire libre con vistas a la ciudad y al mar. Fran López, reconocido chef con dos estrellas Michelin, representará Terres de L'Ebre en el mercado, ofreciendo una propuesta gastronómica que combina territorio, innovación y tradición. Responsabilidades: - Supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias de la cocina. - Preparar y supervisar la elaboración de platos según recetas y estándares establecidos. - Controlar el inventario de alimentos y productos necesarios, realizando pedidos según sea necesario. - Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de higiene y seguridad alimentaria. - Colaborar con otros jefes de partida y el chef ejecutivo para desarrollar menús y mejorar las operaciones de la cocina. - Mantener la limpieza y organización en su área de trabajo, incluida la supervisión del equipo en la limpieza y mantenimiento de equipos. - Resolver cualquier problema que surja durante el servicio y tomar medidas para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
