Tus funciones: - Liderar, motivar y supervisar a los equipos comerciales en su actividad diaria. - Cumplir los objetivos comerciales de cada punto de venta. - Control y comunicación periódica de progreso y resultado de medias en el equipo, calidad en las ventas y desviaciones del objetivo de cada comercial. - Revisión de los reportes diarios de la producción de cada uno de los puntos de venta. - Trabajo en equipo e individual con cada miembro del equipo, realizando planes de acción si fueran necesarios por los resultados analizados. - Programar y colaborar en los procesos de selección y formación de los equipos según las necesidades que se vayan detectando. - ¿Qué te ofrecemos? - Contrato indefinido. - Jornada completa de 40 H/S - Salario fijo de 1500 b/m + Comisiones por las ventas de tus equipos. - Coche de empresa + kilometraje + gastos de viajes a cargo de la empresa - Posibilidades de crecimiento y desarrollo profesional hacía posiciones de mayor responsabilidad en función del desempeño y los resultados obtenidos.
