Como Segundo chef, serás responsable de dirigir todos los aspectos de la cocina para que los huéspedes disfruten de una excelente experiencia. También deberá ocuparse del suministro de alimentos, asistir con las consultas de los huéspedes y controlar los costes. Durante su día a día se mantendrá relación con: - Stewarding: Colaboración en situaciones que lo requieran; coordinación de tareas. - F&B: Coordinación de tiempos; comunicación acerca de feedback de clientes. - Compras/Mercancías: Colaboración en la recepción y control de mercancías y en la elaboración de pedidos.
