Due to increasing demand our client is looking for experienced Production/Machine Operatives to join their already established workforce.
You will be joining a highly successful and international business that offer great career opportunities in the future
Ideal candidates will be flexible to work days, nights and weekend worked on a set rolling 4 week rota, have proven track record of longevity and reliability within previous employment.
As a machine operative you will be required to:
Run a minimum of 1 machine under supervision to produce products to a high standard
Completing products in a timely manner following all health and safety procedures
Report any machinery or quality issues directly to supervisors and management
Carry out quality checks and complete all required documentation
The ideal candidate will be:
A team player who has a proven record for meeting KPI targets, as well as exceptional communication skills
Ability to fault find and maintain machinery if required
Computer Literate
Ability to follow instructions and work from own initiative
Work to a high standard at all times
Previous experience in a factory environment preferred but not essential
Full on the job training is provided.
Quarterly bonus with full attendance and successful production targets.
Overtime paid at x1.5.
