We are looking for a young fully trained to at least a level 2/3 in beauty, enthusiastic person to join our team. This position is reception based . The role entails running the desk and helping with the smooth running of the clinic . We also need someone who is comfortable talking to clients and that is good with social media to run our page. We are offering the right person the chance to begin their beauty career by learning from the best with over 50 years of experience between us. You will be starting by manning the desk with the hope to start slowly building your own beauty clientele. Responsible for the delivery of lash services - To perform in depth consultations with the client - Choose a style that suits the clients face shape - Choose lashes that are safe and healthy according to each client - Be able to clearly explain the different types of lashes that we do - Record clients notes and key information about each set and the client - To ensure the client is always comfortable during the treatment - To identify damage and recommend suitable treatments - Educate your clients on lash health and hygiene - Recommend and promote retail products in relation to the treatment - To take pictures of your work - To build an online portfolio - To participate in the general cleaning of the salon - Adhering to health and safety procedures - Seek and engage in continuous professional learning and development - Participation in meeting, individual and group, retail targets - Engage in performance reviews and regular meetings with line manager
