THE JOB INVOLVES: · Early starts at our office/ yard in Sutton. · Daily use of company software for updating job sheets, timesheets and more · Driving across London, Surrey, Kent & Southeast of England to site locations where you will be required to carry out various cleaning tasks. · Working in Full PPE is required, and you must respect H&S principles. · Taking before and after pictures and videos · Using specialist pressure washing and steam cleaning equipment and machinery some of which is van mounted. · Delivering a good exterior cleaning service to our clients. · Occasional overnight stays and weekend work · Regular attendance at team meetings and 121 meetings to generate ideas and share feedback. · Regular vehicle and equipment maintenance WE NEED SOMEONE WITH: 1. Positive Attitude a) You must be hard working with a helpful 'can do attitude'. b) You must be friendly and professional to team members and clients. c) You must want to work. Overtime available will be available along with opportunities to earn more money through performance related bonuses. 2. Good Capability a) You must speak, read and write English to a good standard. b) You must be physically fit, healthy and strong enough to move large and sometimes heavy equipment. c) You must have a clean UK driving license and have experience driving vans around London. d) You must live near Surrey/ South London and be able to start at our base in Sutton at 7am. 3. Solid Experience a) You must have experience with pressure washing steam cleaning equipment essential. b) You must have experience working from heights. c) You must have experience driving vans and larger vehicles. d) You must have experience working outside all-weather. WE ARE OFFERING: · A starting salary of £29,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications for example CSCS PASMA, IPAF, Working at heights, Coshh awareness etc) · A follow-on salary of £30,000 - £35,000 after qualification period · Company Sick Pay scheme · Company pension · Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts · Overtime pay · Ongoing training and development opportunities
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • To examines drawings and specifications to determine layout of system. • To measures and cuts required lengths of copper, lead, steel, iron, aluminium or plastic using hand or machine tools. • To tests completed installation for leaks and makes any necessary adjustments. • To attaches fittings and joins piping by welding, soldering, cementing, fusing, screwing or other methods. • Work out the quantity of materials needed for the job by taking surface measurements or by looking at job specification or drawings look at plans. • To repairs burst pipes and mechanical and combustion faults and replaces faulty taps, washers, valves, etc. • Performing regular maintenance of plumbing systems to prevent emergencies. Keeping and maintaining records of time spent on a job and materials purchased for the work. • Installing, maintaining, and repairing pipe including joins, valves, drains and fixtures in all types of structures. In addition to the responsibilities referred to above, you must have excellent communication skills and a great sense of innovation and leadership quality. You need to be flexible, self-motivated, organised and time sincere. You must have the ability to work independently as well as a part of team having excellent attention to details. Experience in the similar role for 3 years is desirable.

You will be joining a well-known company in the region and will play a pivotal role for the smooth growth of our business. We are currently in need of a skilled Kitchen Fitter to match the expansion of our business and to meet the enhanced customers’ demand. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The prospective applicant needs to demonstrate the following: · Ensuring compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards. · To examines drawings and specifications to determine job requirements. · To selects and measures appropriate wood and cuts, shapes and drills to specification using saws, planes, chisels and other power or hand tools. · To aligns and fixes prepared wood pieces by screwing, nailing, gluing and dowelling to form frames, shop fronts, counter units, decking, theatrical sets, furniture, small wooden craft, scale models and wooden templates. · To maintains and repairs woodwork and fittings. · To checks accuracy of work with square, rule and spirit level In addition to the responsibilities referred to above, you must have excellent communication skills and a great sense of innovation and leadership quality.
