To perform this role, you will be responsible for focusing on the late night operations and running of the events under supervision from the GM, but in time owning the show, being that natural leader, ensuring excellent customer service maintaining high standards. You will understand that safety is paramount, exceeding our guest expectations is crucial and you can think on your feet, react and above all, bring the party. Big personalities to the front! As the Restaurant Supervisor you will be working across our quick service restaurant and our outside terraced restaurant. You will be supporting the restaurant manager by leading a team of team members, commis waiters, servers and hosts. You will support our managers in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant from setting up for morning rush, to ensuring appropriate cover throughout the day, and carrying out closing procedures.
