The Director of Food is Tom Norrington Davies, previously chef at Great Queen Street and The Eagle, London’s original gastropub. Tom is looking for restaurant FOH positions and chefs of all backgrounds and abilities. He is looking for a sous chef who can work collaboratively to help write the menu and take the helm when ready. He is also looking for CDP and entry level cooks who are interested in working in a casually structured kitchen with plenty of opportunity to learn as you go.
