As a Chef de partie your duties will include but not limited to the following: Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section. Assisting with the management of health & safety, and management of food hygiene practices. Follow all kitchen policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. You must conduct regular inspections of food items, equipment, and workstations. Monitor food temperatures, storage practices, and cooking processes to prevent foodborne illnesses and maintain freshness. Be fully knowledgeable on all allergens, putting this knowledge in to practise when required. Strive to contribute to customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality dishes that meet or exceed their expectations. Junior and senior positions available.
