We are looking for a Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef as his number 2. Laxeiro has made its reputation making home cooked Spanish food. Knowledge in Spanish food is important but not essential. The job consists of general chef duties. 5 days per week split into 2 shifts per day with a break between lunch and dinner. Covering Head Chef when off. Days off are Monday ( restaurant close mondays) Tuesday or Wednesday & one Sunday per month off. Working Hours: Weekday & Saturday 9.45am-3.30pm & 5.45pm - 11pm Sunday 8.30am - 5.30pm Wages: £35000.00 per year + £7k-£9k per year approx on tips We close through Christmas and New Year.
