Qualifications and requirements • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Hospitality Management, or related field. • 8+ years of proven sales experience in the luxury hospitality industry, including leadership roles. • Deep understanding of the luxury hotel market dynamics in Europe and Turkey, with a network in luxury travel and hospitality. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Have a passion for innovation, luxury, and creating exceptional guest experiences. • A willingness to travel extensively. • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is highly desirable.
