Responsibilities: Engage with qualified leads through inbound and outbound channels, including phone calls, email, and social media, to understand their needs and build rapport. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of closed deals and provide support as needed throughout the onboarding process. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in high-ticket sales, with experience closing deals in a B2B or B2C environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish strong relationships with potential clients. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively to drive successful outcomes. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Our markets take place every weekend in central London, all year round on both and Saturday and Sunday. Our returning customers rely on these markets for their weekly dairy shop and so we need staff members who are A: available Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30am - 2pm and B: have a love of food and organic produce.
