About OMA Opened in Spring 2024, OMA will be a restaurant located in the heart of London’s thriving Borough Market, inspired by the fishing villages and shores of the Greek isles and further Levant. It is the latest project by the dcco. collective [ SMOKESTAK, manteca ]. A site in the capital’s iconic market has been thoughtfully restored with natural and repurposed materials that echo the raw and wild landscapes of Greece.
