Head of Operations Job Description Operations Management Overseeing the daily operations of Corporate Catering & the Food Truck ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff schedules, inventory, loading in and out, serving, all menu development and logistics. Staff Supervision Hiring, training, and supervising staff. Ensuring that employees are well-trained in customer service, food safety, and operations.
