We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Floortender/Waiter to join our team at Big Penny Social and Flukes. In this role, you will be responsible for driving guest experience through the successful management of floor service, ensuring that the dining experience is smooth, pleasant, and meets the Big Penny standards:
- Experience in a similar role within hospitality, entertainment, or a similar guest-focused environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a fun, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere
- A hands-on and proactive approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced every changing environment
- Confidence in handling guest interactions, managing bookings requests, and resolving any issues professionally
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and peak times
- A passion for hospitality, entertainment, and delivering high-quality experience
- Achieving and maintaining high quality guest feedback scores
- Increase the sales on the floor by using table service/upselling
- Excellent communications skills
