Facilities Manager Diamond Braces is seeking a Facilities Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of multiple office locations by overseeing all maintenance, repairs, and facility inspections. Leading a skilled team of handymen and managing vendor partnerships, you’ll drive compliance with safety and operational standards while implementing effective training programs to boost consistency and efficiency. This role also includes managing facility requests, coordinating renovation projects, maintaining compliance and budget documentation, and collaborating with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic facility improvements that support organizational growth. Essential Functions: • Oversee daily maintenance, repairs, and facility requests across multiple offices., • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational standards., • Develop and conduct facility maintenance training programs for handyman staff., • Manage a team of handymen, ensuring accountability, communication, and performance., • Prioritize and manage all facility requests using the company’s internal ticketing system., • Oversee small renovation and construction projects as needed., • Maintain records, reports, and documentation for compliance and budgeting., • Collaborate with leadership to implement long-term facility improvement plans.Qualifications:, • 5+ years of experience in commercial facility or maintenance management, preferably in healthcare or dental settings., • Proven leadership experience managing multi-site maintenance teams., • Strong computer literacy — experience with maintenance software, Excel, and reporting tools., • Excellent communication and leadership skills., • Ability to create and deliver training materials for maintenance staff., • Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, safety compliance)., • Hands-on, proactive, and highly organized., • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between offices. Job Type: Full-time Compensation: Salary range starting at $75,000; final offer will be determined by experience and qualifications. Job Location: In-person; travel between offices is required. Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday.
