We are looking for hard-working, driven, and reliable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Solar Installers. No prior solar or construction experience is required. We will provide all the training you need. We are hiring for attitude and effort—if you're physically capable and eager to learn, we want to hear from you. What You Will Do As an Entry-Level Solar Installer, you are the backbone of our crew. Your responsibilities will include: • Assisting with the installation of solar racking and mounting equipment on commercial and residential rooftops and ground mounts., • Moving materials, loading/unloading equipment, and ensuring the job site is clean and safe., • Working alongside licensed electricians and senior installers, learning the trade from the ground up. We can teach you solar, but we can't teach work ethic. We are looking for candidates who are: • Reliable: Shows up on time, ready to work, every day., • Hard-Working & Driven: You are motivated to exceed expectations and complete a full day's work., • Physically Capable: Must be comfortable working long hours in various weather conditions, climbing ladders, lifting heavy equipment, and spending long periods on rooftops., • Base Pay: $15.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on your drive and dedication.
