We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading social housing company. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing various projects related to housing support services, with a focus on empowering individuals and improving community welfare. Responsibilities:
· Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
· Monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
· Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, housing associations, and community organisations.
· Provide regular updates and reports to on project to Directors on status, achievements, and challenges.
· Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, leveraging team members' strengths and expertise.
· Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and expectations.
· To sign up new tenants and process housing benefit claims.
· To take part in training for support and compliance.
