In this wide range and exciting role, Office Administrator will be responsible for: - Liaising with contractors- Arrange repairs, cleaning, or other jobs (including emergency repairs) and arrange appointments where required. - Dealing client queries - Utility bills management. - Maintain client records, scanning mails and paper records.- - Assist with invoices and payments. - General administrative tasks - Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated. - Operational support with various business matters Excellent communication skills and string problem-solving skills and proactive mindset required.
