Now, due to sustained growth and international expansion, they are seeking a talented Amazon Account Manager to take full ownership of a key strategic sales channel. The Amazon Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth across Amazon and other marketplaces, working directly with senior leadership. This high-impact position will see you shaping P&L performance, leading vendor negotiations, and accelerating marketplace expansion across the UK and Europe. This is an exciting chance to make a measurable impact on one of the company’s fastest-growing channels. The Amazon Account Manager will: • Own the full marketplace P&L, delivering against revenue, margin, and contribution targets., • Lead forecasting, operational performance, and sales fundamentals to ensure marketplace excellence., • Manage vendor negotiations with Amazon to achieve strong commercial outcomes., • Optimise product content, SEO, and conversion rates to maximise visibility and sales., • Plan and deliver paid media campaigns (Amazon Ads, Sponsored Products, DSP) with targeted ROAS. The role requires: • Commercial experience and experience managing Amazon Vendor., • Strong knowledge of Amazon tools, advertising solutions, and marketplace operations., • Proven track record of P&L responsibility and driving profitable marketplace growth., • Confidence in leading vendor negotiations and managing key stakeholders at senior level., • Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical capabilities.
