This position will be responsible for developing materials and training sellers and agents on Starlink services and processes. Essential Duties • Delivery of sales training presentations/courses for sales reps in door to door and call center environments, • Creation of training materials and sales-oriented one sheets, • Tackle ever-changing offers, products, and services, as well as master unique and complex order entry systems, processes, and remedies., • Creation of audience-driven content, design, and delivery, with a detailed eye toward designing and delivering slides for clear, virtual presentation and/or classroom projection, • Extraordinary attention to detail in content creation and language nuance, • Create clear, engaging, aesthetically formatted, and properly animated PowerPoint and online learning content for wireless and fiber services, • Preferred - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field (ex. Communications, English, Theater/Performance Arts, Business, or Marketing), • Telcom/satellite knowledge (Starlink preferred), • Competency in writing/speaking skills for business audiences, • Minimum 3 years of presentation and training curriculum development specifically related to wireless (cellular), high-speed internet, and/or sales training experience, • Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); strong computer proficiency, web conferencing (ex. The Technical Writer must have high energy, work well with technical resources, and be flexible in working in a highly dynamic environment working with the latest technologies in wireless networks. Responsibilities: • Review and edit existing engineering documents while working closely with an existing team of system engineers, developers, testers, and writers, • Organize and edit operational procedures and product manuals, • Validate operational procedural documents in a lab environment when required, • Maintain comprehensive documentation that meets professional documentation standards, • Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, • Review, publish, and manage technical documentation for internal and external customers, • Evaluate current document policies and templates, and develop innovative approaches for improvement, • Reorganize and develop documentation to meet standard documentation formats and contents Qualifications: • Bachelors in English, Communication, Engineering or a related technical field (12 or more years of relevant Technical Writing work experience will also be considered), • 10+ years of experience developing technical documents, • 6+ years of experience working in a wireless network company or the equivalent, • Familiar with telecom infrastructure terminology and network equipment, • Familiar with writing operational procedural documents and validating them in a lab environment, • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, • Excellent working knowledge of English grammar and the written language (Korean language skills is also a plus), • Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with engineering teams, • Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines; ability to prioritize based on urgency, • Experience writing clear and concise technical documentation for complex topics, • Experience with the following tools: Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Word (advanced), • Ability to work non-standard hours when the documentation development resources are available
