Job DescriptionJoin Our Team as an Oncology - Medical Oncology Physician! Are you ready to make a significant impact in the field of oncology? We are looking for a passionate Medical Oncology Physician specializing in Blood and Marrow Transplantation to join our dedicated team at Intermountain Health LDS Hospital. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and engage in groundbreaking clinical research. About the Role As an Oncology Physician, you will be at the forefront of treating hematologic disorders, including blood cancers and advanced therapies like CAR T-cell treatments. Our program, accredited by the Foundation for Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT), performs over 150 cellular infusions annually, showcasing our commitment to excellence and innovation. Your Responsibilities • Deliver comprehensive outpatient and inpatient medical care, including new patient consultations and follow-up visits., • Participate in hospital rounds and shared on-call duties to ensure continuity of care., • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)., • Engage in clinical research with opportunities to participate in Phase I, II, and III clinical trials.What We Offer, • A generous $50,000 sign-on bonus and up to $20,000 in relocation assistance., • A flexible work schedule of 4 days, 10-hour work weeks (4/10s)., • Comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, license reimbursement, malpractice insurance, and an annual CME allowance.What You'll Bring, • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school., • Residency training in Hematology or Medical Oncology., • Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline., • Active Utah medical license or the ability to obtain one., • Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one., • Ability to complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process.
