business goals, • Lead brand positioning and messaging to differentiate AL Homes in the competitive real estate market, • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies across all market segments, • Establish marketing KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI Brand Management • Oversee brand development, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints, • Build and maintain AL Homes' reputation as a trusted residential real estate provider, • Manage brand partnerships and strategic alliances to expand market reach Public Relations & Corporate Communications • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategy to enhance brand reputation and visibility, • Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers, • Lead crisis communication planning and management to protect brand reputation, • Oversee press release creation, media pitching, and press conference coordination, • Manage corporate communications including executive positioning and thought leadership, • Serve as primary brand spokesperson or designate appropriate spokespeople, • Coordinate community relations initiatives and corporate social responsibility communications, • Monitor media coverage and manage reputation management across traditional and social media, • Develop strategic partnerships with PR agencies and media consultants as needed Digital Marketing & Innovation • Lead digital transformation initiatives including website, social media, and digital advertising, • Implement data-driven marketing approaches using analytics and market insights, • Explore emerging technologies and platforms to maintain competitive advantage, • Oversee CRM systems and marketing automation tools, • Manage social media reputation and engagement strategies Team Leadership • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team including PR professionals, • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, • Allocate resources effectively across marketing, PR, and communications initiatives Market Intelligence • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors, • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities, • Provide insights to inform product development and business strategy, • Track and analyze PR metrics including media impressions, share of voice, and sentiment Internal Communications • Oversee internal communication strategy to ensure employee alignment and engagement, • Manage executive communications and company-wide messaging, • Coordinate with HR on employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives Budget Management • Develop and manage marketing and PR budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, • Monitor spending and demonstrate clear ROI on marketing and PR investments Required Qualifications: Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred), • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles, • Minimum 5 years of strategic PR and corporate communications experience, • Proven experience in real estate, homebuilding, or related industries strongly preferred, • Demonstrated success managing media relations and securing positive press coverage Skills & Competencies • Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing and PR strategies, • Strong media relations skills with established network of journalist contacts, • Excellent crisis management and issues management capabilities, • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including speechwriting, • Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, • Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills, •
