Job Description: Sales Manager – Europe Location: Europe (Remote or Regional Office) Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Director of Global Sales based in USA This is a leading manufacturer of high-performance specialty wires and cables, with a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and reliability. Our products serve a wide range of industries, including electrical, automotive, renewable energy, industrial automation, and specialized applications that demand technical precision and durability. Role Overview The Sales Manager – Europe will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding wire’s market presence across European markets. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on customer engagement, requiring a proactive and technically knowledgeable sales professional. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Europe in alignment with global business goals., • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across target industries (automotive, renewable energy, electrical, and industrial markets)., • Manage and grow relationships with existing distributors, OEMs, and direct customers., • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers regarding product portfolio, ensuring solutions meet application-specific requirements., • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and pricing strategies., • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings across Europe., • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product development, logistics) to ensure seamless customer support and delivery., • Achieve or exceed sales targets, pipeline goals, and market share objectives., • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus., • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the wire, cable, or electrical components industry., • Proven track record of growing sales and managing key accounts in Europe., • Strong technical knowledge of wire and cable products, with the ability to translate customer needs into tailored solutions., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills., • Ability to work independently and travel extensively across Europe (50%+ travel)., • Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives., • Opportunity to shape growth strategy in Europe., • A dynamic, international work environment with strong support from global teams., • Professional development and career growth opportunities.
