Job Description GENERAL PURPOSE Responsible for carrying out elements of the treatment plan and the provision of behavioral coaching to reduce crisis incidents. Most tasks are carried out in the community, especially family homes. DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS This is an at-will direct service position within a program. Qualifications: A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above is through four (4) years of varied experience as a provider of mental health services or through graduation from a four (4) year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field and two (2) years varied experience as a provider of mental health services.
