Their technology helps the world’s largest advertisers make smarter, faster decisions about their digital spend. They’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide temporary coverage for the CEO during a maternity leave period. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, data-driven environment and enjoys supporting visionary founders at a scaling tech company. What You’ll Do • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and occasionally co-founders, • Manage complex scheduling, travel coordination, and event logistics, • Maintain and organize the CEO’s inbox, communications, and meeting prep, • Support speaker engagements, conferences, and podcast appearances (in-person assistance for 1–2 events total may be needed), • Handle credit card and expense reporting, liaising with the finance team for reconciliations, • Assist with personal and business logistics to help the CEO stay focused on strategic business priorities, • Provide light HR and payroll support related to benefits and open enrollment if the team needs assistance What You Bring: • Prior experience supporting C-level executives (or founders), ideally at a SaaS or data analytics company, • Familiarity with eCommerce, retail media, or advertising technology industries (Amazon or Walmart Ads basic knowledge is a plus), • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs, • High emotional intelligence and confidence communicating with direct, fast-paced leaders, • Ability to manage competing priorities calmly and efficiently Why You’ll Love Working Here: • Join a profitable, growing tech company that’s shaping the future of retail media, • Work closely with experienced, entrepreneurial founders, • Fully remote role with flexible hours, • Opportunity to gain visibility into the operations of a high-performing executive team This is a remote position but the ideal candidate is based in PST, the mornings are the busier time of day.
