Job Description Job Title: Test Operators (Weekend Shift) Job Description This role involves supporting units for in-process and final testing. You will assist with testing, training, and documentation, focusing on the electrical components of control panels. Responsibilities • Perform testing on the electrical components of control panels., • Utilize voltmeters and ohmmeters for testing., • Troubleshoot, debug, and diagnose faults based on client metrics., • Report compliance using Excel and collaborate with electrical assembly technicians to resolve issues and suggest repairs., • Assist in building and manufacturing fixtures and tooling as required., • Proficient knowledge of schematics., • Understanding of current flow., • Experience with electronics, troubleshooting, and electrical testing., • Ability to read and interpret schematics or prints., • Knowledge of AC/DC and switch gears., • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions., • 2+ years of experience in electronics, electromechanical, or electrical testing in manufacturing. Work Environment Work during the 6AM-4:30PM shift on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday in an extremely clean, temperature-controlled environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, Tennessee. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.20 - $24.20/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
