Job Description About the Role MGM Reporting, a division of MGM Trial Services, is seeking an individual who can perform the dual role of a digital court reporter and scopist / legal transcript editor. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with an exceptional command of grammar, punctuation, and professional communication, who is eager to learn the technical and professional responsibilities of conducting depositions and ensuring the integrity of the legal record. While your day-to-day work will center on editing and finalizing deposition transcripts captured through automatic speech recognition (ASR), you will cross-train as a digital court reporter, administering oaths, handling exhibits, and overseeing the clarity and accuracy of the official record through the operation of industry-standard A/V equipment and ASR software.
