Job Description Job Summary: The Lead Medical Coordinator (LMC) is responsible for guiding and ensuring the quality of medical services, treatment, and/or interventions provided to Unaccompanied Children (UC) in the program in collaboration with the contracted physicians. Lead Medical Coordinator is the key monitor of patients' health through observing and assessing their records, symptoms, and reactions to treatment and care. They often have extensive interaction with the UC as well, guiding and instructing them in aftercare measures.
